My Dad recommended I eat here and I will say it is a gem. First dish I ordered was a Super Burrito (beef). The meat was tender and moist, the fillings of beans rice, lettuce and the wet sauce weren't overpowering and I can taste each ingredient. No flavor compensation to hide any shortcomings. The Guacamole actually tastes like guacamole. I don't know if you had bad guacamole but you won't find any here. Only the good stuff.
Service was great, food was tasty!! Green salsa was delicious. Will definitely be going back.
oh it's so good. the food is absolutely 100% delicious and the most authentic i've had in the area. the dining area is spacious and the staff is nice. it definitely makes you feel at home. i could honestly eat just an order of the handmade tortillas and be happy
Handmade tortillas?! I'm in! My family and I decided to dine in on a Sunday night and there was plenty of seating offered and available. It's definitely a little hole in the wall on Whittier Blvd. We ordered a range of dishes; chicken fajitas, shrimp cocktail, and posole. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and service was great. We will definitely be back.
My wife loves this place she enjoys the small sops they serve before the big food comes also the molcajete is great the owner is cool as well he let us dine in after hours which was awesome he's a great guy
A great little Mexican restaurant that serves authentic food! The quality and quantity of food is worth coming back for. I'm also very picky with my micheladas. I want to be able to still taste my beer and this was just perfect. Although, what really made our time great in this place was their service. La señora Ada was amazing she was fast and attentive the entire time with our table of 12 people.
Friendly staff! Always get our order right! And we have a very specific order. The chilaquiles verde are so delicious!!!

The food is great. The owner cookd. The salsas they have three kinds . I love the green salsa with delicious green . Chile's and tomatillos. They ha e tortillas made by hand. You can replace steam vegetables or salads. I love their salmon. The waitresses are so sweet . Also, if you want to avoid crowds go on weekdays. Very clean. Menudo so delicious . Also , chicken soup is made every day . The owner knows how to make Peruvian food as well. You can ask for special order like lomo with lomo saltado . Owner is very sweet.
